In Ukraine, for the final match of the UEFA Champions League, those who previously illegally visited the occupied Crimea, violate the laws of Ukraine or intend to go to the country to arrange provocations will not be allowed. "The position of the government in respect of fans intending to attend the final of the Champions League in 2018 in Kiev is quite clear and consistent. We are glad to all guests who adhere to the legislation of Ukraine. And vice versa, together with his colleague Arsen Avakov (Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. "GORDON") are in solidarity that we will be very unhappy with those who illegally visited the Crimea occupied by Russia, violated the laws of Ukraine or goes to Kiev with the aim of provoking", – wrote Zhdanov.
The Minister noted that the State Border Service of Ukraine has "relevant experience" and earlier sportsmen and journalists who had violated the Ukrainian legislation at the entrance to the occupied Crimea did not start sports competitions in Ukraine.
"I draw your attention that UEFA also confirmed: the entry of certain persons into the territory of Ukraine, including those wishing to reach the Champions League final in Kiev, is the competence of the relevant authorities of the country. Crimea is Ukraine!" – he declared.

UEFA said that the capital of Ukraine is completely ready for the game. According to the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klichko, the city is preparing to accept 100 thousand guests. Because of this, prices for rental housing in Kiev on the day of the match have grown tens of times.
Protect order during the final of the Champions League will be no less than 5 thousand security forces.
Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine Petr Tsigikal said that foreign football fans who will come to Kiev for the Champions League final will cross the Ukrainian border by a simplified procedure. At the same time Avakov said that people who illegally visited the Crimea occupied by Russia, as well as potential provocateurs will not be admitted to the country.
