MOSCOW, May 4 – RIA Novosti. Observers from the Moscow public chamber will be recruited for the Mayor elections in Moscow after the May holidays, a member of the Public Chamber of Moscow, Alexei Venediktov, told RIA Novosti on Friday.
Sobyanin signed a law on the extension of the voting time for elections in Moscow
Earlier, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed the law, which gave the Public Chamber of Moscow the right to appoint observers to election commissions in the elections.
"We will start right after the holidays, because now people have left. We, perhaps, will first of all offer technologically the same people who were on sites, to stay on the same sites", – said Venediktov.
Venediktov explained that then observers from the House would already know the chairmen of the commission and observers from other parties, which would simplify their work.
