In the Kaliningrad zoo on April 25, policemen, employees of the municipal civil defense service and security guards were taught to catch an escaped tiger. However, instead of this predator, the participants of the exercises had to catch a zoo employee dressed in a tiger costume.

The exercises began at half past nine in the morning and lasted only 30 minutes. During this time, the “tiger” was able to catch, immobilize and return to the enclosure. According to representatives of the zoo, the exercises were conducted to “work out communication between all participants.”
Such exercises are held in the Kaliningrad Zoo from 2015.
