Arbitrator Vladimir Moskalev, who judged the match of the 36th round of the championship of the FNL “Enisey” – “Volgar” (2: 1), was punished for an erroneous decision.
At the 81st minute of the game the 31-year-old referee appointed a penalty to the goal of the Astrakhan team, which was implemented by Valery Kichin and thereby brought victory to the Krasnoyarsk team.
In the episode, the striker “Yenisei” Marco Obradovic in single combat with the player of “Volga” Oleg Murachev pushed his opponent in the back. As a result, Murachev lost his balance and played the ball with his hand. Moskalev also determined that the footballer of “Volgar” violated the rules, and punished him with a penalty.
Moskalev was removed from the service of the match of the 29th round of the Premier League “Tosno” – “Dynamo”, Pavel Kukuyan was appointed instead of him.
– Those who saw the video replay, will understand that the referee was mistaken. The defender was pushed in the back, and he eventually lost his balance and played with his hand. How do you think? – a question to the acting head of the department of refereeing and inspecting the RFU Alexandra Egorova.
“I do not know the inspector’s assessment yet.” But I myself saw this moment. My opinion: an 11-meter strike was assigned erroneously. Unfortunately, Moskalev was mistaken.
– He was appointed to play in the Premier League …
– Now he will be removed from it. Let’s make a replacement.
